You must be 18 to play bingo. ID is required upon request.

It is the player's responsibility to yell "Bingo" loud enough to notify the Caller and to stop the game.

--NO EXCEPTIONS-- Continue shouting "Bingo" until the caller has acknowledged that the game has stopped. The caller will turn on the flashing lights when he/she has heard a bingo. If the lights are not flashing, continue shouting "Bingo" until they begin to flash, and the caller has acknowledged the game has stopped.

If you are unable to shout loud enough to stop the game, be sure to sit close enough to the caller to get his/her attention.

We do not pay "Sleepers". You must bingo on the last number called. The last number is valid until the letter of the next ball is called.

Flash boards and monitors are for convenience only. The actual ball drawn and shown is official. Please do not shout "Bingo" until your winning number has been called.

Callers are human and do make mistakes. In the event of an error by the caller, the actual number drawn is the only valid number. State law prohibits us from making any payouts which are not the result of a valid bingo.

Please hold your cards until a bingo is verified.

Multiple winners split the prize, which will be rounded down to the nearest dollar.

Although we make every effort to avoid having duplicate cards on the floor, this may occur. Duplicate winners will split prizes.

ID and signature are required on prize receipts for all Bingo prizes of $100 or more and on any prize in which a specific dollar amount can not be predetermined before the start of the game.

The "Original" set of cards for break-open Bonanza Bingo will be blue, "trade- ins" will be any color except blue. Duplicate faces may occur during the break-open Bonanza game.

The cost of the break-open Bonanza card is $1.00 for an "original" card and .50¢ each for a "trade-in" card sold in quantities of two only with trade-in.

Break-open Bonanza cards must contain the specific validation for the session to be a valid winning card.

A customer must purchase and play a Regular Session package or Intermission package to play specials.

A customer must be playing his/her own bingo package or specials to be seated at a bingo table.

Packages and special game cards shall not be separated or cut.

All bingo cards in play must be furnished by the organization conducting bingo and may not be taken out of the building. (With the exception of braille cards.)

Coupons must be redeemed at the time of purchase. Only one coupon may be used per package. Coupons are not valid on discounted packages.

Special discount prices are not valid on Intermission packages.

No refunds will be given on unused packages or specials.

Carousel Bingo staff, gaming management, and employees may not play bingo at this establishment.

Management reserves the right to make changes in programs and prices without notice.

Weather policy - In the event that Carousel Bingo would close for inclement weather or any other unforeseen event, progressive jackpots will carryover to the next regularly scheduled occasion for that organization. In the unlikely event that we need to close an occasion already in progress due to weather or other unforeseen event, unfortunately no cash refunds will be made. 

In an effort to assure the accuracy of the games played in this facility and in compliance with the rules of play, electronic monitoring equipment is used. The equipment is intended to record the activities of the caller.

Both visual and oral communications are being monitored at all times. In this process the patrons of this facility also may have their oral discussions recorded. The recording devices are located near the caller's stand.
